Happy New Year to All!

Well, Sorry for not giving updates regularly but I guess I just got hung up in the seasonal chaos. Christmas went well, and New Years was a blast. Almost sold out this year with only 6 seats remaining for the early seating. Big plans for next year so stay tuned.

Catering in Port Greville

Well the catering was a huge hit yesterday, glad all went well, everyone enjoyed. Love getting the chance to do dinners in unfamiliar settings, keeps you on your toes!

Well off to the nearest grocery town for my catering tomorrow. 52 km to the grocery store to pick up my order. Prep for it today and then off the Port Greville for a celebration in the village! Here we go again!

Well folks the weekend wedding went off without a hitch, we rocked it. The cake my blossoming apprentice created was a marvel. looking forward to future projects and big things on the horizon.
